By accessing or using PAK Scanner (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

• You’re responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; see our Returns & Refunds.
• We may change prices with reasonable notice and/or at renewal.

4. Use of the Service

• Don’t misuse the Service (no scraping at abusive rates, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass limits/security).
• Don’t use the Service where prohibited by law or for unlawful activity.
• Enterprise or resold access requires our written consent.

5. Market Data & Content

Data and news are provided “as is” from third-party sources and may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Nothing herein is investment advice; you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Service, the Vega AI models, software, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

7. Feedback

Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or obligation.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or users.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes becomes effective constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law; Disputes
