Returns & Refunds Policy

Subscriptions

PAK Scanner Pro is billed monthly. Cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Free trial (7 days, if offered): cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Refunds: we generally don’t refund partially used periods. If you experienced a service-impacting outage or billing error, contact us within 14 days for a case-by-case review.

Non-subscription items (e.g., course or license keys) are refundable within 14 days if not activated or downloaded. Proof of purchase required.

Please contact support first—we can usually resolve issues quickly. Unauthorized charges will be investigated and may require proof.

In the app, go to Account → Manage Plan → Cancel, or email billing@pak-brothers.com from your account email.
